DEF Recirculation Line Status 1
Because AdBlue®/Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) will freeze at
around 12° F (-11° C ), no DEF system is complete without
a means to prevent it from freezing in the lines and causing
damage. The EVO™ Series DEF Recirculation application allows
users to automate the recirculation of DEF as a means to prevent
freezing while also providing DEF inventory management and
line monitoring capabilities.

Temperature Thresholds
Select user-defined temperatures at which recirculation is both triggered
and shutoff, allowing EVO™ to automate operation and navigate fluctuating
environmental temperatures in an energy efficient manner.

Get a quick snapshot of key system performance indicators, line
temperatures, recirculation status, and inventory levels.

Should EVO™ detect a drop in inventory levels during a recirculation period
without dispenses, the app can issue an alarm, ensuring timely detection
of potential product leaks. Additionally, if recirculation persists beyond
a preset time frame, indicating a system anomaly, the app can issue an
alarm, prompting a proactive maintenance inspection.
