BREAKAWAY VALVE
FOR DEF/ADBLUE®
FLEX-ING™ brand diesel exhaust fluid swivel breakaway valves
provide in-line protection for hanging hardware in the event of a
drive off. These breakaway valves feature a stainless steel body
that makes them extremely durable and completely compatible
with DEF/AdBlue®. The breakaway valve design ensures proper
drive-off protection and allows for easy installation directly
between the nozzle and hose. The integrated swivel action
provides easy nozzle rotation during vehicle filling while also
helping to reduce hose wear and kinking.

angular force.
• Fluid release limited to less than 10 ml upon breakaway
valve separation.
• Atmospheric inner seal protects from corrosion.
• Integrated swivel action provides easy nozzle rotation
during vehicle filling while also helping to reduce hose
wear and kinking.
• Available with either ¾" NPT and ¾" BSPP nozzle outlet
and standard 1" BSPP female inlet.
• BSPP nozzle outlet includes a fluoroelastomer flat seal to
ensure compression tightness between the breakaway valve
and the nozzle inlet.
